WATER RECIRCULATION
Paramount Portable Centrifuge System
Lightweight, Modular Design |
Simple, Easy to Operate and Maintain |
Proven Centrifuge Technology
The MPP Paramount Portable Centrifuge is specially designed for remote drilling operations. This compact and lightweight unit is fully helicopter and man portable, making it ideal for challenging locations. It is also easy to operate and maintain. With over 150 units actively used in the field, the Paramount has demonstrated significant efficiencies. It reduces water consumption in drilling operations by up to 90%. Additionally, a case study has shown that the system can save a major drilling contractor over 66% in costs associated with bentonite, polymer, and drilling fluids—a noteworthy reduction in operational expenses.

The Paramount Portable Centrifuge supports a "closed loop" drilling fluid circuit, encompassing all necessary components for efficient operation. Drilling cuttings/returns are transferred from the drill collar to the centrifuge unit, where solids are extracted and the cleaned fluid is directed to a storage tank located beneath the centrifuge. This allows for the fluid to be pumped back into the mud mixing tank for reuse. The system ensures minimal drilling fluids contact the ground, provides an efficient and manageable way to remove solids, and significantly reduces the consumption of water and drilling mud. Additionally, the Paramount Centrifuge System eliminates the need for sumps/pits, thereby reducing the environmental footprint of drilling operations and offering savings in time and reclamation costs.

The Paramount is a centrifuge mud cleaning/solids removal unit that is hydraulic-driven and designed to be as compact and portable as possible. The system is fully helicopter portable, with the heaviest module weighing 1025 lbs. It operates with a simple Kubota diesel engine, tandem hydraulic pump, and hydraulic motor-driven centrifuge and trash pumps. No generator is required, no electrical control panel, and no electrical submersible pumps. The unit is simple—easy to operate, maintain, and transport. The Paramount System reduces the amount of water required to drill (in some cases by up to 90%), reduces your drilling fluid costs, and provides an environmentally friendly solution for drill cuttings that mining companies really appreciate. This system is ideal for clients working in remote areas, dealing with small drilling pads, or wanting a simple system that is easy to keep running.
Performance-wise, the Paramount can process up to 40 GPM. It has proven itself in keeping up with returns on all types of drill projects. One notable project involved 2000+ meter depth NWL drill holes that started with PW casing, PQ, and HQ reduction. Monthly maintenance is minimal, involving greasing, the occasional set of belts, and typical diesel engine servicing (filters, lube, etc.). Again, the machine is designed to be as easy to operate.
How it Works:

Eddy Water Treatement System
Lightweight Aluminum |
Easy to Operate |
Low Footprint |
Compact

The EDDY Water Treatment System is an effective and efficient solution for lowering the water consumption of your operations site, as well managing waste at the drill site. Not only does it efficiently separate the cuttings and water in real-time, but it disposes of your cuttings in easy to handle bags for better waste management on site.
The EDDY water treatment system allows:
-
Lower environmental impact
-
Compliance with current environmental standards
-
Re-use of the majority of drill water
-
Lower costs of supplying water
-
Improved safety for workers
Main Application
-
Recycles water from rock sawing and core operations.
-
Manages cutting water for barge and ice drilling.
-
Replaces sump holes in underground environments.
-
Ideal for remote areas requiring helicopter access.
-
Best for off-site transport of cuttings with geotubes.

Weight / Dimemnsions:
Weight – 975 Lbs / 442 Kg
Length - 7.55 Ft / 2.30 M
Width - 4.10 Ft / 1.25 M
Height – 6.5 Ft / 1.98 M
The EDDY is the perfect solution for recovering water from diamond saws in a core shack, for
complying with existing regulation on a drill site, and for drilling on water platforms or on ice.
Through the use of a geotube, the system allows you to reuse the water and manage your cutting
waste efficiently. By installing a geotube at the end of the cavity pump hose, you can recover as
much as 90% of the water coming into the system. Geotubes are geotextile bags that slowly allow
water to filter out through the fabric while the cuttings remain inside for easy management. Using
geotubes will maximize your water recovery and facilitate the transport of cuttings off-site.
